ORIENTAL PHILOSOPHY A DEBATE (VII)

A point has been on olvidárseme the last of the seven spiritual laws which, according Indian ven Dr. Deepak Chopra, lead to happiness and prosperity. Who wants to see the seven laws followed, you must click on the label "philosophy" of the list of labels displayed on the side of the blog. There appear the seven laws, in separate all entries titled "ORIENTAL PHILOSOPHY TO DEBATE."

SEVENTH LAW: LAW OF DHARMA

Dharma means "purpose in life."
This law encourages us to discover our spiritual being, through a spiritual experience that enables us to find the higher self within us. In this way we will be more detached from the specific circumstances of each day, taking a broader view of life.
This is often recommended to be meditating in silence (30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening).
This law also means that we must strive to find the reason why every one of us is here. So, try to discover our unique talents, how to serve humanity with those unique talents and ways of expressing these talents, which are also unique.
It is recommended to compile a list of who we are our talents, and a list of things I like to do while the Express. For example, a person may think his talent is to educate children and likes it being a school teacher.
also try to answer these questions: What is my turn? How I can help? What is the best way for me to serve humanity? What if money was no problem?

THE MEANING OF LIFE
This is the law of dharma, the purpose of life. I am interested in this deeper sense of life. Psychiatrist Victor
Frankl, a prisoner in a Nazi concentration camp, found that those prisoners who had a reason for their existence (a family waiting for them after the war, satisfying work, a religious sense of life, etc) had less tendency to commit suicide than prisoners who had no explicit meaning to their existence. Carl Jung
also said: "I have treated many hundreds of patients, and I have not seen one, more than thirty years, whose problem, in the end it was to find a spiritual perspective of life."
What these great scientists say must be taken into account. That is, it is important find meaning in life.
However, in my opinion, beyond the will to meaning is the will to power (as I am not using these terms strictly philosophical, but I hope that I understand).
What I mean is that even before the need to give meaning to our lives, we have the imperative to believe that we have some control over our existence. This need to have some control over our lives is prior to the need to give meaning to our lives. Without the awareness of having some control, that we will have room to maneuver, our life becomes a compass north and crazy, and life automatically loses any sense.

summary then, this latest bill proposes two things: bringing meditation as a path of spiritual perfection, and the search for meaning in our lives.
